Although all mentors and mentees who access this website agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared within the mentoring relationship, You2Mentor cannot guarantee that any information you disclose to your mentor or mentee (as applicable) will be kept confidential by the recipient.

How Long Do We Keep Personal Information -
We will keep personal information only for as long as is required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. However, in some cases we will retain personal information for longer periods of time.

I hereby agree that in no event will I begin legal proceedings or otherwise attempt to hold liable for damages, You2Mentor (Y2M), any mentor, mentee, member, staff or agent of Y2M as a result of my participation in this website. As a mentor, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of this website from any and all claims, suits, actions or proceedings of any kind arising out of, or in connection with, any advice or guidance derived from any mentoring relationship or this website.

I understand that as a mentee, using this website and any support or advice I receive during the mentoring relationship is solely for the purpose of providing non-professional good faith guidance. I understand this relationship is an informational resource to voluntarily discuss general matters and issues. I understand that, as a mentee, I will not rely upon any mentor statements as legal, financial or professional advice.

I understand that this website and any mentorship relationship is not to be perceived or relied upon in any way as business, financial or legal advice. The information provided through this website is not intended to be a substitute for professional advice that can be provided by a private accountant, lawyer, financial or business advisor. You2Mentor(Y2M) and individual mentors are not giving financial or legal advice in any way. All mentees are hereby advised to consult with your own accountant, lawyer or financial advisor for any and all questions and concerns you have regarding your own income and taxes pertaining to your specific financial and/or legal situation. I understand and agree that Y2M and individual mentors are not responsible for mentee earnings, the success or failure of mentee business decisions, the increase or decrease of mentee finances or income level, or any other result of any kind that any mentee may have as a result of information presented through our mentors.

I understand and agree that I will not rely upon any of the information that I receive during the mentoring relationship as a substitute for my own independent judgment or professional opinions.

I understand that Y2M and individual mentors cannot and do not guarantee that any mentee will attain a particular result, positive or negative, financial or otherwise, through any mentorship relationship or use of this website, and mentees accept and understand that results differ for each individual. Y2M and individual mentors also expressly disclaim responsibility in any way for the choices, actions, results, use, misuse or non-use of the information provided or obtained through this website. All mentees agree that your results are strictly your own and Y2M and individual mentors are not liable or responsible in any way for any mentees results.

I understand that Y2M and individual mentors do not guarantee that you will attain a particular result, income increase, or any other benefit by participating in this program. Success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow-through, and you accept and understand that results differ by each individual. Mentorships are ultimately based on personal relationships. It takes more than an initial introduction to develop a successful mentor relationship. Each individual’s success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire, and motivation, and a whole host of additional factors. You are solely responsible for your results.
